How the system works

A client with a claim ("the Insured") invariably contacts his or her Insurance Broker.

Upon contacting the Broker, the Insured may need one or more party. For example, if the Insured has been involved in a car accident which was not the Insured’s fault, he or she needs a Car Body Repairer and if the Insured is injured, however slightly, a Solicitor. In addition, a car hire firm may be required but Insurance and Legal tends to promote Car Body Repairers and Solicitors who offer the supplemental service of a courtesy or loan car as part of their package.

Insurance and Legal offers link from the Insurance Broker’s website straight to local and recommended Car Body Repairers, Solicitors, Roofers, Plumbers, Builders, Plasterers etc. in order that the Insured simply clicks on the Claims tab on his or her Broker’s site, and then follows the instructions.
